Search for Available Appointments and Classes

  1. After login, click the Appointments and Classes tab.
  2. Select an Appointment or Class Type and/or From-Thru Date range to narrow your search for an appointment or class. (You also can click Basic Search for simpler search criteria.)
  3. Click the Find Appointments or Classes button.
  4. Appointments and classes that match the search criteria are listed in the Search Results window. (No listings display if you make the search so restrictive that there are no matches.)
  5. Click the word View at the right of a listing to see detailed information about that appointment or class.
  6. Click the Return button to return to the search screen.

Schedule an Appointment or Class

  1. After displaying the Search Results (see Search for Available Appointments and Classes), click the word View at the right of a listing to see detailed information about that appointment or class.
  2. If you want to attend this appointment or class, click the Schedule button. (Click the Return button if you don’t want to attend.)
  3. At the Consent screen, click the Schedule button again to complete scheduling the appointment or class.
  4. Click the Return button to go back to the search screen.

Cancel an Existing Appointment

  1. Click the My Schedule tab.
  2. Click the word View at the right of the appointment or class that you want to cancel.
  3. At the bottom of the detailed information screen, click the Cancel Appointment button.
  4. Enter a cancelation reason, and then click the Cancel Appointment button again.
  5. The detailed information screen displays again, with the message, “Appointment canceled” at the top of the screen.
  6. Click the Return button to go back to the My Schedule page.
